getting totally ripped: harder than it looks!
Monday, June 22, 2009 at 3:13PM and so is fitness photography apparently. this was my first attempt at this type of photo shoot and her first time modeling so it was destined to be a success from the start. i'll admit some people never seem to look bad in photos, but learning how to position someone's body for a photograph is more difficult than you might expect.

a few things that i learned from the experience: the hips and shoulders should never be parallel. the higher shoulder should usually be towards the camera. fruit is a carb. jamie can deadlift more weight than i can.
